FAST Day

Today was one of those day where there were not enough hours in the day. House work, homeschooling-trying to work with both of them. David thinks he needs to work on school work when sissy does. And getting clothes and such ready for consignment sale for the Christian School. That is a job in it's self. On top of that I have had 6 big boxes be delivered from the famous UPS delivery man from thirty one so I have had fun separating everyone's order. Love putting it all together and think about what a blessing thirty-one has been for extra cash for our little family. Thank you Lord. Then out to deliver them. Jonathan even delivered one box load tonight after church for me...All before 4:45 when we leave to go to church. We have visitation and then take the teens out to eat before church. Get the kids to their class and need less to say when I got in the auditorium to sit down I just had to take a deep breath. My body had stopped from all the "stuff " I was doing today. It's so nice to be able to have the Wed night service to help keep you strength  for the rest of the week.

Has nothing to do with my day, but I LOVE LOVE watching the sky.

October 3rd we loaded a bus load of 38 teenagers and headed to Georgia. There was a youth revival on Friday evening and Sat. We left Thursday afternoon and Friday morning we took the teens to the Coke museum in Atlanta and then to the Varsity to eat. We are truly blessed to be able to be involved in such a great group of teens. They had a great time together and the services were just what we needed.

Yes we took Gracie with us and she is doing school work on the bus. I am really not that bad of a mom, but really wanted to her to get her school hours in since we were not going to do any on Friday.
Right before going in to the Coke Museum.

They were holding an actual Olympic torch.

David has a new bike

Last year at Christmas David Wayne got a bike. As soon as it got warm out side and the kids were out more, well one day Jonathan ran over it . David didn't understand he kept saying my bike is broke oh no my bike broke. Literally for months he was saying this. The worse part he would keep asking Jonathan "Daddy you can fix it?"
So one Sat. morning I went out to a few yard sales. Had not went all summer but decided to look around this particular morning. You can find some really great stuff, new or even barley used. Well you guessed it I found my little one a new bike. I was so excited and he was too when he seen it..."It's for me?"

Happy Birthday David Wayne

Yes I am way way behind. But here I am... Happy 4th Birthday to my sweet little boy! You are such a blessing. Getting your party together was a challenge but it all worked out. Different places I called to reserved were all booked up. We partied at Freedom Baptist church picnic shelter with Jake and the Never Land Pirates. You were a hoot. Asked what kind of party you would like to have and for weeks you said you just wanted a Mickey Mouse party. That was not helping Mommy very much because you already had a Mickey party. So it all worked out and the planning began and you decided on a Jake party. It was on Sunday afternoon after church.

Snack- veggies, goldfish, cheese balls, grapes and more  Oh and of course cake.
The kids enjoyed playing with bubbles, on the playground, Jake big bouncy balls, and playing in the sand looking for treasure.

We stilled squeezed Mickey in. if you notice his shirt.

Just look at that sweet face!

Singing Happy Birthday!
