We have a Frog in the House!

Isn't he the Cutest Little Frog you have ever seen. Just after bath time and this is his favorite towel. This particular night it took a while before I could get his pajamas on. Had to convince him to put his pajamas on then he could put his towel over them. He would say "I'm a rabbit. Ribit Ribit over and over.

 

 

My Children are PRECIOUS. Really. It is amazes me the things you can try and teach them throughout the day. From potty training, to being kind to other, to teaching how to count money and division, to let's talk kindly.And some things you have to do them over and over and over and over...haha. And you wonder, is it sinking in?. Do they get it? Did you explain it right. Wait I just said that an hour ago to them....But I wouldn't change it for anything. Now if you are wondering, aww they must have had a bad day. No actually it's just some things that go through my mind with being a mom you. Hoping and praying I am doing this right. Do them right the best way possible. Lead them in the right direction. I am not perfect by no means, but just pray in the end that they will know what it means to live the right way and that is for the Lord.

Summer Baseball is over..:(

Tomorrow is Sat. and we don't have to go to the ball field. A little bitter sweet because it is Gracie's last year with the little one's. She gets to move up next year. I am sure she will learn a lot though. It will be different. She will always be my favorite player, until David Wayne plays and then I will have two favorite's of course. Oh and can't forget the best coach out there. In all honesty, he does a tremendous job with the kids. So until next year!

I may be back

Well Hello! Obviously it has been a while since I have posted ANYTHING. If you check out the last post you will see just how long. But while away at Thirty-One's National Conference and talking to Kerri and her blog it brought back to me how much I enjoyed it. Now we will see what happens but I think I will start back up. I loved sharing things that happened in our sweet little family's life because it simply amazes me how blessed we are and how Good God is every single day! Now to next time...... :) Much Love

Wow! Where has the Time Gone.

It is currently 10:49 as I am sitting down at the computer to see what all may be going on out in the world...It has been enjoyable for the last few moments to sit and catch up and read the blogs. Then I decided to click on our blog and all I could think is WOW! It has been a long time since I posted anything that is for sure...All I can say is life can keep you busy...

We are all doing okay. Jonathan has had a stressful week at work...Gracie is loving school. She got her first report card on Monday...She got the highest that she could get in grades and wonderful comments from her teacher. David has had a fun week hanging out with Mommy ( lol I think that is what he would say. )

More Snow!

This makes number 3. This is not normal for us but it sure is beautiful! Allthough I have not enjoyed driving to work on the slick roads. I am use to Jonathan taking me whenever we would have not so good weather but now with 2 kids and having to be at work early I ventured out on my own...Thank you Lord for your traveling Mercy!

Other happenings -

The other Sunday we had baby dedication at church so we dedicated Baby David Wayne to the Lord. It was a very good service and it made it special to have family there. Nana, Poppa, Papaw Evans, Grandma, Papaw, Geigh and Tommy. Gracie was beyond excited to see Geigh and Tommy.
The baby had his 4 month check up and we finally hit 11 pounds...Heey we were excited! started foods and he loves it. He is laughing and babling.

Gracie has started a snowflake dance class again this winter. (This was part of her Christmas from Nana) She looks forward to this on Sat. afternoons!

As we are working with the teenagers at church are having fun with them.
The other weekend we took them out ice skating and then out to eat..They had fun, but I enjoyed watching Jonathan...He only fell once.

As far as work-Jonathan is still staying really busy,hopefully after the superbowl thing will slow down for him.
